The free nightclub included for Twitch Prime members is a big bonus, but approach it with caution. Once you set it up, there are utility and staff fees up to $9,400 daily. So if you don’t have other businesses to connect to the nightclub, that’s going to drain your cashflow. You should only buy the nightclub once you have at least 2-3 other businesses to connect to it, thus allowing strong passive income to be generated. This income will easily nullify the daily costs.
